Hi Phoung
If it was just a lump sum payment from an accumulation account from an audit persective you would request a copy of the signed request for the payment. As they have reached 65 years of age they would normally have full access to their Superannuation.
You should also get a copy of the signed accounts (and a member statement) recording the benefit being paid and check that the member's balance has been correctly calculated.
If the payment was from a pension account you would also request / check:
Signed pension commencement minutes
Minutes confirming pension paid for the year
Actuarial certificate (if required)
Minimum pension paid
Thanks
