Rollover via ATO MyGov

in SMSF Technical Forum

Hi, I am auditing a new fund that recieved a rollver into the fund in the 2023 financial year.

The rollover was requested via their MyGov. They have provided me with a copy of the transfer request from their Mygov accounts.

Is a request via MyGov superstream compliant?

Thanks Jason for your question.

A transferfrom an APRA regulated fund to an SMSF made using the ATO's MyGov electronic portability from (EPF) is SuperStream compliant. The EPF is the form that triggers the transfer. The transfer still occurs via SuperStream.
